IMPORTANT DETAILS OF THE CAMP NA LGBTIQ+ 2024 RETREAT

 

The date of the second CAMP NA LGBTIQ+ retreat is approaching, and we are happy to see you all!

We share information that may be relevant so that you can make the most of this experience.

 

DEPARTING BARCELONA BY BUS

  • Meeting place: corner of Trafalgar Street and Mendez Núñez Street. MAP TO MEETING POINT
  • Meeting time: Friday, October 18 at 3:30 p.m.
  • Bus departure: 4:00 p.m.

Those of you who are in your own vehicle, drive with caution and we will see you at the Hotel L'Avenc in Tavertet, at the reception at 6:00 p.m.

 

WHAT TO BRING?

  • The temperature in Tavertet is usually a few degrees lower than in Barcelona, ​​varying from 15ºC during the day to 5ºC in the early morning.
  • Wear appropriate clothing for this climate.
  • Comfortable exercise clothing and sports shoes.
  • Swim costume (You have access to a heated indoor pool).
  • Bring yoga mats if possible for those of you who are interested in that activity, we will also have some extra mats.
  • Program literature and any other spiritual books you may find useful.
  • During the Retreat there will be simultaneous translation (ENG-ESP, ESP-ENG, ENG-ITA, ESP-ITA), in order to provide this service it is necessary that you bring headphones and be able to connect them to your phone.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • The menu for the weekend is varied. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact this email directly.
  • If you are at the retreat without access to your sponsor, you can contact this email directly and we can assign you to someone temporary with whom you can share.
  • Respect and Tolerance: remember to respect the personal space of your colleagues. In addition to always communicating in a language of love and respect towards the entire LGBTIQ+ community.
  • This retreat is a retreat that celebrates clean, substance-free living. Participants must be free of drugs and alcohol. Anyone who is using any substance, including alcohol, will be asked to leave the retreat immediately.
  • Shared rooms. It is important to remember that we are sharing space with other people. When we are assigned a roommate, let us remember to be considerate of the other person.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel or on the balconies. There is a designated smoking area in front of the lobby.
