Pricing retreat

Limited places, first booked with advanced payment, first confirmed. Includes round trip bus transportation from Barcelona City, meals, lodging. Non-refundable. 

Early bird Price: 260 € - valid until 31 of august 23:59.

Full Price: 320 € - valid from 1 of September till the event

  • 7 double rooms (accommodation with a double bed, sharing a bathroom)
  • 6 triple rooms (accommodation with two single beds + an extra bed)

Secondary House 1 (in the village) - 7 minutes driving (3 km) from main venue

Scholarship
CAMP strives to bring our message of fellowship and recovery to as many people as possible. You could be able to take part in our programs with scholarship assistance. Scholarship supports 50% of the registration. 
 
1- How do I apply for a scholarship?
 
  • When registration opens click on this link on our website to apply for a partial scholarship (you pay 160€).
  • Applying for a scholarship in NO WAY guarantees a spot for you at the retreat. If you are in a position to pay full price for the event we recommend doing so. This is the only way to guarantee your spot is reserved.

2- How are the scholarships awarded?
 
  • A random drawing takes place after all the scholarship applications have been submitted. Awarding is based solely on random drawing, not on financial need or application content.
  • How many scholarships are awarded will depend on the success of our fundraising efforts.
 
3- Can I be awarded a scholarship if I have been awarded one in the past?
 
  • Yes, however if your name gets drawn during the random drawing and you have previously been awarded a scholarship in the past 5 years, your name will go to the bottom of the list. This allows for people who have not been awarded a scholarship in the past to have a chance to attend the event.

Camp Retreat is committed to sharing our message of fellowship and recovery with as many people as possible.
Many of those who attend our programs rely on scholarship support to participate. Your donation helps make this possible — funding scholarships, enhancing the quality of our workshops, covering travel expenses for our guest speakers, and supporting the growth of our programming.

Please note that all members of the Camp Retreat Committee serve on a voluntary basis and are not compensated for their work.
