5. Participant Responsibility

  • Participants are responsible for their own physical and mental health. If you have medical or psychological conditions, please consult a healthcare professional before participating.

  • CAMP is not a medical or therapeutic institution; it offers a space for personal and spiritual exploration.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Respect towards all participants, staff, and facilities is mandatory.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

  • The use of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited during the retreat.

7. Payments and Cancellations

  • All payments for CAMP retreats are non-refundable.

  • In case of cancellation by the participant, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • If CAMP cancels the event due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be informed, and possible alternatives or compensation will be offered at CAMP’s discretion.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected during registration will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).

9. Use of Images

Photos or videos may be taken during the event for internal purposes or to promote future activities. However, CAMP commits to strictly respecting the anonymity of participants, especially regarding any connection to 12-step groups or recovery programs. Faces or identifying details will not be used without explicit consent. If you do not wish to appear in any materials, please notify us at info@camp-retreat.net before the start of the retreat.

10. Liability

CAMP is not responsible for:

  • Personal belongings lost or damaged during the retreat.

  • Accidents or incidents arising from non-compliance with safety guidelines or personal negligence.
